Help for Existing Bravo Merchants


Customer Support:

Monday through Friday
9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST)

Technical Support and Data Center Support:

24 hours per day, 7 days a week.

  • An average answer speed of less than 15 seconds; however, the actual average answer speed is 6 seconds.
  • Support abandon rates of 2%; however, the actual is less than 1%.
  • Research turnaround time of 72 hours.
